A fresh start: Cereal to go!

Freshly baked cereal bars are not just our sweet treat of the day; they also give us strength and help to improve our good mood. The combination of oatmeal, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, sesame, hazelnuts and chocolate create a healthy and ideal snack for the early mornings or from time to time. Simple, tasty and healthy! Ingredients:

  • 10 oz. honey
  • 8 oz butter
  • 8 oz meaty oatmeal flakes
  • 8 oz delicate oatmeal flakes
  • 5 oz coconut flakes
  • 3 oz sunflower seeds
  • 2 oz sesame
  • 2 oz chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 oz dark chocolate (.70 oz not processed)
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Place honey, butter, plus salt in a big pot and allow them to melt at low heat. Keep stirring several times. Put in the pot 1 ounce of roughly chopped dark chocolate altogether with oatmeal, coconut flakes, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, and sesame. Stir everything very well so every ingredient is perfectly mixed. Keep the remaining chocolate cooled.
